MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
• Memberships run from 1st of each month to end of that month
• Membership can be started at any time and 1st month will be pro-rated
• Payment options – cash in full for entire length of membership at start of membership or authorized credit card payment plan only
• Credit cards will be billed the first Tuesday of each month
• Membership authorization form must be filled out
• If taking a choreography course, $10 per month will be added to your monthly payment for duration of choreography class
• One make-up class allowed per course per session only. Make up class must be made up during same session, in same genre of dance at same level or below. Cannot use specialty class or workshop as a makeup
• No make-ups given for unlimited memberships
• Memberships are non-refundable & non-transferable
• 12 month membership may be frozen one time only for a duration of 2 weeks to one month. Studio must be advised via email in advance only
• Schedule & classes subject to change without notice
• September & December 2011 payments will be charged 75% of monthly payment due to studio holiday closure
