Steps Policies 2010

Pro-Rating of Classes:
9 weeks        $140 + tax
8 weeks        $125 + tax
7 weeks        $110 + tax
6 weeks        $95 + tax
5 weeks        $85 + tax

Anything less than 5 weeks, drop in rate applies of $18 + tax per class.

Please note that we take students up to week 2 in Beginner 1 and Beginner 2. Please book your private lesson to jump to weeks 3 to 8.
If you are at a Beginner 3, Intermediate or Advanced level, you are welcome to start the classes any time or to take a private class for an assessment.

Repeating a syllabus course:

$80 + tax


Refund Policy
Please note that we do not give refunds. 

Making up a class:

Students are allowed to make up one class within the term.  Please note that a make-up class must be used in a Syllabus course of the same level or a lower level.  For example, if you are registered in Salsa Intermediate 1 and miss one class, you may take a Salsa Beginner 1,2 or 3 or another Salsa Intermediate 1 class.  You cannot use your makeup for a “specialty” type course such as Bachata or Latin Hustle.  Make-up classes do not include workshops.
To redeem your make-up class, please email Jennifer@stepsdancestudio.com at least 2 days prior to the class you wish to take as your makeup so that we can advise the instructor.
All make-up classes must be used within the current term.  Classes are NOT transferable.  Course payment is non-refundable.
Please note that our Syllabus Steps courses are progressive and it is more beneficial for you to attend the entire course.  If you miss too many classes in a term, you may need to repeat that level before progressing to the next level.
