Join us for dance lessons at 8 pm, followed by social dancing and snacks!
Meet other students and dancers. Practice what you have learned in a relaxed and friendly environment. Not confident to use some dance moves in the nightclub yet? Try them here first. Dance with your fellow classmates, Toronto dancers and your instructors. All ages and all levels welcome, including non-Steps students and dancers. No partner necessary - everyone dances with everyone and most people rotate partners after every song.

Celebrate summer with us at TD Salsa on St Clair.  This is our favourite street festival and is the only festival in Toronto where people do more than just eat and watch entertainment - they take part in non-stop dancing in the streets! Dance lessons, live bands, performances, great food and a huge street party.

The Canadian salsa event of the year and one of the largest & most anticipated events in North America runs in October at the Royal York Hotel in downtown Toronto. Founded and organized by Jennifer Aucoin, the congress includes international artists from Mexico, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Italy, New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and across North America, dance companies from around the globe, amazing performances each night, some of the best instructors in the world, workshops for all levels, Beginner Bootcamps and Master Intensives, 22 hours of Social dancing in 3 Ballrooms until 4 am each night, DJs, vendors, History of Salsa Seminar, Certification Course, and the 16th Annual Canadian Salsa & Bachata Championships with Professional, Amateur and Pro-Am Heats and Showcases. Celebrate 21 years with us in October 2025!

A performance class will help to improve your memory of shines, enhance your styling and body movement, improve your timing and musicality and help you learn tricks. Unleash your inner performer, increase your confidence on the dance floor, meet new people and have fun!

Students must be in Salsa Levels 3-5. This course is great for first time performers and repeat performance course students.

Please note: All participants must commit to the full duration of the course.

Price for monthly auto-renew and 12-month membership holders: $290

Join the Steps instructors and your fellow students at one of the many club outings we organize. We love to dance so ask us for a dance - we won't say no!

Don't want to wait for an official Steps party or outing to practice? Lots of our students (plus students and dancers from across the city) attend Toronto Dance Fridays and Baila Con Gusto at El Rancho on Thursdays.
